Six levels and a two-hour shut-off
Pick one of six temperature steps between 104℉ and 158℉. After 2 hours the pad powers down by itself, which helps if you drift off while using it.

The pad measures 12"x24", enough to span the shoulders and neck together so no part of the back gets missed.
Washing routine
Detach the controller, let the pad cool down, then wash it in the machine at 40°C or cooler.
